Roasted Pears & Nutmeg Cream

This is a really simple sweet dish that you can make for a treat as is or add it to porridge, ice creams and even use the ‘roasted’ pears in cakes.
In this recipe you see the fermented cashew cream from our first lesson used as a lovely nutmeg spiced serving cream.
Of course, you don’t need to add the spice. You could just add some vanilla and use it as a cream on berries in Summer or add a dollop to a slice of pie.
